A fellow blogger/runner tagged me.  Some tags are just way too long for me to respond to, but this one is just right!  Six random things about myself?  I can handle that!

  1. I was born in Montreal, Quebec and have dual-citizenship in Canada and the U.S.
  2. My dad was a professor when I was born and one of his classes chose my name since my parents couldn't decide on one.
  3. I didn't get to go on my college graduation celebration cruise with three of my girlfriends because my passport didn't arrive in time and the trip was non-refundable!  (I'm still bitter...)
  4. I went to Africa 10 years ago where I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and also french-kissed a giraffe.
  5. I've always wanted to be a Today Show anchorwoman.
  6. I love mellowcreme pumpkins (but only the Brach's kind-- the generic are NOT worth it) and Junior Mints.

And now, it's your turn:

  1. Emily
  2. Mirien (since you just started your blog, it's a good excuse to post!)
  3. Tamara
  4. Lauren
  5. JoEllen
  6. Cami
  7. Jenn
  8. Kerry
  9. MollyKay
  10. Heather

Copy and paste the above graphic on your blog, then post SIX random things about yourself and then tag TEN more people!

I would be pretty bitter about #3, too. That's so cool that you climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro!

Okay, I knew most of those things...except about the giraffe...eewwwh.

Okay, so I don't have time right the second to post it on my blog, but I was laughing so hard about your #3! You totally should have come -- they never even checked our stupid passports as I recall. And I never knew #1 or #2... learn something new every day!

If you get on the Today Show, can I join you as your co-anchor? :)

That is awesome that you climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. Who did you go to Africa with? I think that would be an awesome place to go to with the kids when they get older.

ps Is there a deadline for this tag?
