I love Indian food and a couple weeks ago I finally decided to try making an Indian dish that I love but have never made myself. The original recipe had heavy cream in it, which is not only high in saturated fat, but Kendall wouldn’t be able to eat it because of her dairy issue. It was also made with chicken, so of course, I had to make some changes there as well. I modified a recipe that my friend Erin uses and it turned out great! There are no vegetables in the original recipe, but I think the carrots and celery were a great addition. Go here to check out my version of Tikka Masala.

THIS LOOKS SOOOOO GOOD :) I had to get off the dairy train this year (my allergies are a millions times better now), so this is a perfect version of Tikka Masala for us. We will make it this weekend and let you know how it goes!
Thanks for the recipe...we made this last week with a pre-made sauce from a jar, I'll have to repent and make your version from scratch.
