. . .we are back from the beach. We were lucky enough to spend a week in a fabulous house at Isle of Palms, SC with all of Patrick’s family. Coming home from a vacation is hard enough, but coming home to a house that is still for sale and a bathroom that is still under construction is even less fun. Here are a few pictures that are making me miss our vacation even more:
Lovin’ the curly wet hair look
Logging a lot of hours at the pool
Two tired girls—from having too much fun!
Looking for dolphins off the ferry
Dripping in sweat at Fort Sumter
How many crackers can you shove in YOUR mouth?
I’ve already read that book. . .
Kids are always up for races in the park—even in 98 degrees with 98% humidity!
Getting some mo’ Moe’s
If you want some alone time, don’t bust out the iPad!
To add to my sadness, we are not going to have the luxury of living 3 1/2 hours from the beach for very much longer! I’m a beach girl, not a mountain girl!

Wow. I can tell a huge difference on your photos now that you have your new camera. These shots are great! Thanks for sharing.
loving the pictures. the more pictures you post the more i realize that i need a nicer camera!! and i now know why avery lost the race - she was held back by kendall!! jk. it was a great week. we are sad to be back. it's taking us a long time to adjust back to real life.
I would hate to come home too! Those pictures were awesome.
Looks like a great trip!! I really enjoyed our beach trip last summer to the Outerbanks with all our fam - minus Shane's family. We're ready to go again. Good luck getting that house sold and bathroom finished.
Yeah, your new camera is great! What did you end up getting? I love that picture of Patrick with the three girls. So cute! Looks like a fabulously fun vacation!
looks awesome. Are you sure we can't squeeze in another weekend in HH before you head west???
Beautiful pictures!!! What a fun gathering - pool, beach, family, ipad, food, what more could you ask for? Hugs from me and V!
