no no NO

I tried on my first ever pair of “skinny jeans” today

and NO

I won’t make that mistake again.

There was a nip in the air today

and NO

I didn’t like it.

I felt the same way when my sister convinced me to try a pair on. We laughed so hard people were staring at us :)

Mer I think you are one of the few people I know that could really pull off skinny jeans. You just have to find the right pair. You don't want something that is like stretch pants, tight all the way down and tapered severely at the ankle. You need something more subtle. I narrowed the legs on my maternity jeans so they are not "skinny jeans" but they aren't flared anymore either. They are sort of straight leg with a little bit of tapering. This is the second pair of jeans I have modified and they look really good. You should try to find something like that. You'd look HOT I am sure!

Many women are wearing them in New York. I can only conclude that they don't have mirrors nor do they have any honest friends.

If you can't pull them off, no one can.

haha! I actually bought a pair from gap and I'm still not sold on them but they work well with boots. I LOVE Gap's Real Straight jean. It has a similar look but not as tight. I love them even more when I get them on major sale at 40-45% off. Hey I was trying to figure out how to respond to your post on my blog but I don't have your email. I know there is a family email file somewhere in my computer's existence. But not sure. I'd love for tips on Austin and just knowing I'd have info from someone about it makes it a little more exciting and a possibility. I would love to see other parts of the country and we are definitely willing to leave Cali but I'm not sure how far we'd want to go from family. We are hoping for Oregon someday. But that is just as far as our travels have taken us so far. Part of whether or not we got with Ryan will be based on finding temporary housing for 9 weeks.
