it’s back

Many of you noticed that my camera is BACK!  I finally ordered my new one and got it about a week before Christmas.  Even though he’d been gone for a few months, we wasted no time getting reacquainted.

okay, emily-- i'll help you, but it's gonna cost ya! i'm not kidding-- it will cost you about $125 for a 50 mm prime lens and then all your problems will be solved!

it is fabulous for low lighting situations, which is why i got it since i take so many indoor pictures and when you use the built-in flash, pictures generally don't come out as great. with this lens, you don't need to use the flash indoors! and $125 really isn't much to spend on a great lens that you will use all the time-- most lenses are MUCH MUCH more!

I bet you are so happy to have your cam back. Those pictures of your girls really are great. You've found a new hobby and talent, I think.
